Failure to adhere to this policy will result in consequences up to and including a sign-up ban.
ALL VOLUNTEERS ARE ALSO EXPECTED TO BE ON TIME (ARRIVE BY 11:00AM). TARDINESS WILL BE DOCUMENTED AND WILL LEAD TO CONSEQUENCES UP TO AND INCLUDING A SIGN UP BAN.
*Cancelling without providing a replacement within 72 hours of clinic may result in penalties!*
Sign up ban for 1 month on your 2nd offense and 2 months on your 3rd offense.
If you need to cancel your volunteer obligation, please follow these instructions to be removed from the list.
New Waitlist Policy: Signing up for a waitlist subjects you to our 72-hour cancellation rule. Please remain available to attend until schedules are finalized at 9:00 AM on clinic day. If you are still on the waitlist at 9:00 AM without a confirmed spot, you will not be scheduled to attend that clinic date.
Clinic is from 11:30 AM to 2:30 PM. Volunteers are expected to arrive by 11:00 AM!
