We kindly ask that everyone carefully considers their schedule and commitments before filling a spot. However, emergencies do occur, so the following are the steps for submitting a cancellation request. <strong>NOTE: If a cancellation is submitted within 72 hours before the Saturday of volunteering, then a reason for cancellation as well as a replacement volunteer must be submitted in the email.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center wp-block-paragraph\"><strong> *Cancelling without providing a replacement within 72 hours of clinic may result in penalties!*<\/strong><br><em>Sign up ban for 1 month on your 2nd offense and 2 months on your 3rd offense.<\/em>        <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Send an email to <a href=\"sojourner.webmaster@gmail.com\">sojourner.webmaster@gmail.com<\/a> in the following format:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Email Subject: Sojourner Clinic Cancellation<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>Within the body of the email, include the following:<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">First and Last Name<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Email Address<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Which day of clinic would you like to be removed from?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Which position were you signed up for?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\n\nHave you found a replacement (if within 72 hours)?
